All orders are placed online by desktop or mobile application. Parents, students, and staff will receive an order confirmation when they place their order.
 

PRODUCTION TIME:
Every order is custom printed and personalized to your school spirit store ordering needs direct from our production facility in Ypsilanti, MI. Items are typically completed within 7-10 business days and then require additional shipping time to reach your location.
 

PACKAGING:
All shipped orders will be packaged within a white mailer or box depending on the size of the order and marked with a Print Giants decal.
 

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Customers of your spirit store can reach The Print Giants online from the store by putting in a contact us ticket. The Print Giants return process is within 24-48hrs.  We guarantee our product quality and workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be
replaced at no charge, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling, etc. If parents/staff have any questions while placing an order, a call can be placed at 734.636.1144 or by placing a contact us ticket so we can make sure parents/staff are assisted with product ordering.

 

PRODUCT MANUFACTURER:
The Print Giants orders its blank products from a variety of distributors and manufacturers located in the USA and each product has a label indicating its origin. All customization and decorating is done by The Print Giants in our facility located in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Some of our base manufacturers are: GILDAN, ENZO, HALLOWAY, AUGUSTA, Nike, Champion, Russell, Bella Canvas, Core365 and additional as needed to fulfill orders. The Print Giants uses four different customization methods or printing, depending on the item, fiber
content, etc. We start with the exact design(s) you approve for your website and customize
parents/students/staff selected item(s) using screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, vinyl heat press and/or embroidery. We use the process (or mix of processes) which will produce the best quality product for each individual item and the overall order. Because some items or orders require a mix of 4 processes, you may notice a different feel or color shade when comparing multiple customizations. In addition, some items have a vintage appearance and are intentionally distressed, faded, etc.
